Communication lies at the heart of any business. Believe me if it is possible to misunderstand something then people will. There is little doubt that Business Communication: Process & Product has been forever changed by the information age. This continued for about two weeks.

There is a simple thing that can be done to improve any businesses communications and yet few businesses ever pay any attention to it.
